Your tasks:
- You record actual processes and design target processes, including their documentation
- You optimize internal workflows along the entire process (end-to-end)
- You lead projects with a focus on automation and digitalization, from conception to implementation
- You present status reports in internal steering committees
- You work closely with other internal departments and external partners
Your profile:
- You have a degree or relevant professional experience in the IT/telecommunications environment
- You have excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
- You have a quick grasp and a solution-oriented approach to complex issues
- You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and a start-up mentality
