Your tasks:

You are the expert for coordinating our partner companies and ensure that all work is carried out properly and according to schedule and budget.
You ensure that all technical and legal requirements are followed. In this way, you guarantee quality, occupational safety and environmental protection during construction.
You do everything you can to avoid construction delays and defects or to rectify them quickly.
You ensure transparency with live documentation and keep a complete construction diary.
You check the results on the construction site and carry out the acceptance procedure together with the customer and authorities.

Your profile:

As a trained master road builder or with a comparable qualification, you have the ideal qualifications. A degree in civil engineering or construction technology is also an advantage.
You have experience in assembly or in road construction and civil engineering and are familiar with contract law and the relevant standards and guidelines (VOB, ZTVA, MVAS, RSA).
You are fit in dealing with IT and are proficient in the common MS Office programs.
You work independently and in a goal-oriented manner, value quality and are not easily distracted – always with the project goals in mind.
You like to be mobile, flexible and have a class B driver’s license.
