Your tasks:

You are the interface between customers, construction partners and your internal colleagues and provide
with all relevant data.
You answer customer inquiries in the form of telephone calls (inbound hotline)
You provide support in arranging installation appointments (outbound hotline)
You record and manage ticket requests using the internal ticket management system
or by e-mail
You maintain the customer and order data

Your profile:

You are enrolled as a Bachelor’s or
Master’s student for at least the next 6-12 months
You enjoy working with people
You already have some experience in customer service or call center operations
You have good PC skills, especially with common Office programs
You have a quick grasp of things and a willingness to learn
Communication is your strength
You have a very good command of written and spoken German, other languages
are an advantage
