Construction Partner Onboarding Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- You are responsible for planning and implementing orientation programs to qualify our construction partners.
- You provide new construction partners with important documents and access to our systems.
- You ensure that new construction partners have received all the necessary training and information before they start work.
- You create work manuals and guidelines for our construction partners.
- You will be actively involved in the further development of our e-learning and certification platform.
- You will support our specialist departments in compiling all the documents required for the onboarding process.
- You are the first point of contact for our construction partners and their questions about onboarding.
- You gather feedback from new construction partners about their experiences in the onboarding process for quality assurance purposes.
Your profile:
- You have completed training in civil engineering, have a degree in a suitable field or already have experience in civil engineering (sewer construction, pipeline construction, cable line construction).
- You are communicative and good at conveying even complex issues in an understandable way. You also like to adopt new approaches.
- You think and act proactively and with great self-motivation.
- You manage to organize yourself and others.
- You are trustworthy, a good listener and know how to resolve conflicts.
- You are confident in using the usual MS Office applications.
- You are willing to travel and have a class B driver’s license.
- You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
