Construction Partner Onboarding Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You are responsible for planning and implementing orientation programs to qualify our construction partners.
You provide new construction partners with important documents and access to our systems.
You ensure that new construction partners have received all the necessary training and information before they start work.
You create work manuals and guidelines for our construction partners.
You will be actively involved in the further development of our e-learning and certification platform.
You will support our specialist departments in compiling all the documents required for the onboarding process.
You are the first point of contact for our construction partners and their questions about onboarding.
You gather feedback from new construction partners about their experiences in the onboarding process for quality assurance purposes.

Your profile:

You have completed training in civil engineering, have a degree in a suitable field or already have experience in civil engineering (sewer construction, pipeline construction, cable line construction).
You are communicative and good at conveying even complex issues in an understandable way. You also like to adopt new approaches.
You think and act proactively and with great self-motivation.
You manage to organize yourself and others.
You are trustworthy, a good listener and know how to resolve conflicts.
You are confident in using the usual MS Office applications.
You are willing to travel and have a class B driver’s license.
You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
