That’s why we are always on the lookout for experienced industry experts, energetic career changers and young talents who can help us challenge market standards and develop smarter solutions for our customers and ourselves. And because we are convinced that it is only possible to work optimally under ideal conditions, we want to offer our employees exactly that – in an interdisciplinary team that communicates openly and on an equal footing. And that pursues a common goal: To bring fiber optics to the world faster and smarter. With personal responsibility and creative freedom.
