Your tasks:

You manage the ongoing accounting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
You will be responsible for managing ongoing expansion projects, monitoring their progress based on running costs and correctly invoicing the services provided.
You create meaningful evaluations of monthly financial and liquidity data, interpret KPIs, carry out detailed analyses and prepare regular reporting for the various stakeholders.
You will play a key role in preparing the annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), the budget and corporate planning.
You prepare the monthly advance VAT return and the annual tax returns and check them for plausibility.
You will actively participate in process optimization and cross-departmental projects, including the introduction of new systems.
You are our contact person for auditors and tax consultants.

Your profile:

You are trained as a tax clerk or accountant and have at least five years of professional experience – ideally in the construction or telecommunications industry.
You are experienced in the use of various ERP systems and are familiar with the underlying processes.
You are familiar with HGB accounting and current tax law.
You communicate confidently, think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers.
You are highly self-motivated and want to help shape the development of our company.
You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
