Your tasks:

You will support the rollout project manager in all activities relating to our expansion projects.
You check the documentation and production figures of our construction partners.
You communicate independently with authorities, construction partners and all other parties involved and coordinate appointments.
You create evaluations and reports on the project status.
You support the introduction of IT tools and are also the first point of contact for our construction partners in this regard.
You prepare and follow up meetings and reviews with construction partners.
You take care of document management and data maintenance.

Your profile:

You have commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in a back office and in fiber optics or civil engineering.
You are proficient in using the common MS Office programs – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You are friendly, confident and professional in your dealings with colleagues and external contacts.
You are communicative, independent, coordinated and proactive in your work and know how to set the right priorities.
You enjoy working in a team and are reliable.
