Your tasks:

You use your social media skills on platforms such as LinkedIn to discover talents
, qualify their skills and address them authentically
Bring your creativity and experience to help shape our active sourcing strategies
You create precise requirement profiles for future applicants
You take part in the applicant selection process
You contribute exciting ideas to make our employer brand even more attractive

Your profile:

You are enrolled as a Bachelor’s or
Master’s student for at least the next 6-12 months
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in recruiting
You enjoy working with people
You impress with your structured and careful way of working
You have good PC skills, especially with common Office programs
Your friendly and communicative manner facilitates the exchange with
potential candidates
You have a very good command of written and spoken German
